PAYMENT AND BILLING
1. Click on the Shopping Bag link on the top right of the screen when you are ready to check out and place your order.
2. Our system will check the availability of all of the items listed in your Shopping Bag and show if the item is In Stock or Back ordered. You may modify your order on this screen.
3. Once you have confirmed the items you must verify your address information and credit card information and click Checkout.
4. For added security we have added CVV2 number field in addition to your Credit Card Number. These 3 or 4 digits can be found on the back of your card. For American Express credit cards, the CVV2 number is located on the front of the card. Your order will not be submitted until you click the Final Checkout button.
5. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is SHIPPED.

Currently Roots.com collects applicable sales tax (GST and PST or HST) where applicable. If you have a tax exempt status please contact our customer support centre at 1-800-208-0521 and we will do our best to assist you. The on screen total is an estimate that may very slightly from your final cost. The final sales tax cost will be calculated at the time and day when your order is shipped. International Orders
No tax is to be charged on orders shipped outside of North America. Tax displayed should be zero at checkout.
Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt of purchase according to rules of the the shipped to country.
No gift cards to International countries. No tax will be refunded on International Orders.
