Where are Roots products made?
Answer: All of our clothing is designed in Canada. Once
the item is designed we source out the best manufacturers around the world
who must comply with our stringent code of conduct to manufacture Roots
goods to our demanding specifications. Additionally, most of our leather
goods are manufactured at our state-of-the-art factory in Toronto. |

Why are you only able to ship to Canadian addresses?
Answer: In order to serve our customers better we have
created two stores online: one for Canadian/International orders and one for US orders. If you
would like to ship your order to an US address please visit our USA online store
Roots.com Canada will accept U.S. billing addresses. |

Where are the products designed?
Answer: All our products are designed here in Toronto by Roots designers. They meet with the athletes to hear their feedback and ideas. The final design really is a collaborative effort. |

Answer: You may track your order in two ways.
1. Log into your account to view your order history. When you see the order you'd like to track click on it and follow the instructions.
2. By using the order number you received at the time you placed your order you may use the order tracking link. |

Answer: You will only be charged for the item when your order is packed and waiting to be delivered to you. |

Answer: Unfortunately at this time we are only able to
accept returns from Roots.com Canada orders only. Please visit the store
